DESCRIPTION

· The NC7SZ157 is a high-performance, 2-to-1 CMOS non-inverting multiplexer from onsemi's Ultra-High Speed TinyLogic series.
· Fabricated with advanced CMOS technology, it offers ultra-high speed and high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation.
· Operates over a V_CC range of 1.65 V to 5.5 V, with high-impedance inputs and outputs when V_CC is 0 V.
· Inputs can tolerate voltages up to 5.5 V, independent of the V_CC operating range.
