DESCRIPTION

· The NC7SZ18 is a 1-of-2 non-inverting demultiplexer that buffers data from the A pin to either output Y0 or Y1 based on the state of the select pin (S).

· The deselected output enters a high-impedance state.

· Fabricated with advanced CMOS technology, it offers ultra-high speed and high output drive with low static power dissipation across a broad VCC range of 1.65 V to 5.5 V.
