DESCRIPTION

· The NC7SZ19 is a 1-of-2 decoder with a common output enable, fabricated using advanced CMOS technology.

· It operates over a VCC range of 1.65V to 5.5V, with high impedance inputs and outputs when VCC is 0V.

· Inputs can tolerate voltages up to 5.5V, independent of the VCC operating voltage.

· Ultra-high speed with a typical propagation delay (tPD) of 2.7ns at 5V VCC.

· Broad VCC operating range from 1.65V to 5.55V.
