DESCRIPTION

· The NC7SZ374 is a single positive edge-triggered D-type CMOS Flip-Flop with 3-STATE output from onsemi's Ultra High Speed Series of TinyLogic, packaged in the space-saving SC-88 6-lead format.

· Fabricated with advanced CMOS technology, it achieves ultra-high speed and high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation across a broad VCC range of 1.65 V to 5.5 V.

· Inputs and output are high impedance when VCC is 0 V, and inputs can tolerate voltages up to 5.5 V regardless of the VCC operating voltage.
