DESCRIPTION

· The NCP1083 is a high-power PoE-PD interface and DC-DC converter controller from ON Semiconductor.

· It supports IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at standards, enabling up to 25.5W and 40W power delivery respectively.

· The device integrates a PoE-PD interface and a configurable DC-DC converter controller, eliminating the need for a second switching power supply.

· It supports auxiliary power sources like AC adapters and battery supplies, facilitating smooth transition from non-PoE to PoE networks.

· The NCP1083 is designed for demanding medium and high power Ethernet applications, including industrial Ethernet devices, IP cameras, and VoIP phones.
