DESCRIPTION

· The NCP1090, NCP1091, and NCP1092 are IEEE 802.3af PoE-PD interface controllers from ON Semiconductor.
· These devices integrate essential functions like detection, classification, under voltage lockout, inrush, and operational current limit.
· NCP1091 features a programmable under-voltage lockout, while NCP1092 includes an auxiliary pin for supporting auxiliary supplies.
· Built with a robust high-voltage process, they include a rugged vertical N-channel DMOS for demanding environments.
