DESCRIPTION

· The NCP1090, NCP1091, and NCP1092 are IEEE 802.3af PoE-PD interface controllers from ON Semiconductor.
· They integrate detection, classification, under voltage lockout, inrush, and operational current limit functions.
· NCP1091 features programmable under-voltage, and NCP1092 includes an auxiliary pin for auxiliary supplies.
· Designed with a robust high-voltage process, they feature a vertical N-channel DMOS for harsh environments.
· Suitable for industrial applications, they can be paired with stepper motor drivers and CAN bus drivers.
