DESCRIPTION

· The NCS36000 is a fully integrated mixed-signal CMOS device designed for low-cost passive infrared controlling applications.
· It integrates two low-noise amplifiers and an LDO regulator to drive the sensor.
· The device processes signals through a window comparator and digital control circuit, providing outputs to the OUT and LED pins.

FEATURES

· Operates at 3.0 - 5.75 V and -40 to 85 °C.
· Comes in a 14-pin SOIC package.
· Features an integrated 2-stage amplifier and internal LDO to drive the sensor.
· Includes an internal oscillator with external RC and supports single or dual pulse detection.
· Directly drives LED and OUT, and is a Pb-Free device.
