DESCRIPTION

· The NX3L1G66-Q100 is a low-ohmic single-pole single-throw analog switch with two input/output terminals (Y and Z) and an active HIGH enable input pin (E).

· It features Schmitt trigger action at the enable input for tolerance to slower input rise and fall times.

· The switch allows signal transmission up to VCC with minimal attenuation and distortion due to its low ON resistance (0.5Ω) and flatness (0.13Ω).

· Qualified to the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q100 (Grade 1), it is suitable for automotive applications.
