DESCRIPTION

· The PI6CG18200 is a 2-output, very low power PCIe Gen1/Gen2/Gen3/Gen4 clock generator.

· It uses a 25MHz crystal or CMOS reference to generate 100MHz low power differential HCSL.

· Features a buffered reference output for low noise reference in other circuitry.

· Utilizes Diodes Incorporated's proprietary PLL design for low jitter, meeting PCIe requirements.

· Configurable via strapping pins or SMBUS for optimized performance.

· Supports selectable spread-spectrum options to reduce EMI.



FEATURES

· 1.8V supply voltage with 3.3V tolerant SMBus interface.

· Crystal/CMOS input: 25 MHz.

· 2 differential low power HCSL outputs with individual output enable.

· Programmable Slew rate and output amplitude for each output.

· Differential outputs blocked until PLL is locked.

· Selectable 0%, -0.25% or -0.5% spread on differential outputs.

· Very low jitter outputs compliant with PCIe Gen1/Gen2/Gen3/Gen4.

· Totally Lead-Free & Fully RoHS Compliant, Halogen and Antimony Free.



APPLICATIONS

· Suitable for automotive applications requiring specific change control.

· Parts qualified to AEC-Q100/101/200, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities.
