DESCRIPTION

· The ADF4351 is a wideband synthesizer with an integrated VCO, supporting both fractional-N and integer-N PLL frequency synthesizers.

· It operates with an external loop filter and reference frequency, with a VCO fundamental output frequency range from 2200 MHz to 4400 MHz.

· The device includes divide-by circuits to generate RF output frequencies as low as 35 MHz and features a mute function for the RF output stage.

· Control is managed via a 3-wire interface, and it operates with a power supply from 3.0 V to 3.6 V.
