DESCRIPTION
· The R1290 series are optimized DC/DC converter ICs for TFT LCD displays.
· Each IC contains one PWM step-up DC/DC converter controller and two diode charge-pump controllers.
· Charge-pumps control a boost output and a negative output with external resistors for voltage regulation.
· Power-on sequence is configurable with external capacitors for each charge pump channel.
FEATURES
· Operating Voltage Range: 2.0V ~ 5.5V.
· Step-up DC/DC controller with internal 2A capability and Nch MOSFET Driver (RON=150mΩ Typ.).
· Over Current Protection and adjustable VOUT up to 20V with external resistors.
· Adjustable phase compensation, max duty, and soft-start time with external components.
· Oscillator Frequency: 180kHz ~1400kHz, adjustable with resistors.
· Charge-pump with adjustable output voltage and sequence function.
· Under Voltage Lock-Out (UVLO) with selectable detector thresholds.
· Reference voltage (VREF: Typ.1.2V) and short protection with timer latch function.
· Stand-by function by CE pin and thin 24-pin QFN0404-24 package.
