DESCRIPTION



· The R3116x series are CMOS-based voltage detector ICs designed for high accuracy and ultra-low supply current.

· They operate at extremely low voltages and are commonly used for system reset functions.

· Each IC includes a voltage reference unit, comparator, detector threshold resistors, output driver, hysteresis circuit, and output delay circuit.

· The detector threshold is internally fixed with high accuracy and requires no adjustment.

· Available in Nch open drain and CMOS output types.

· Operable at lower voltages compared to the R3112x series, suitable for single battery operation.

· Offered in three package types: SOT-23-5, SC-82AB, and DFN(PL)1010-4.



FEATURES



· Supply Current: Typically 0.35 μA at -V DET=1.5V, V DD=-VDET+1V.

· Operating Voltage Range: 0.5V to 6.0V at T opt=25°C.

· Detector Threshold Range: 0.7V to 5.0V in 0.1V steps.

· Detector Threshold Accuracy: ±0.8% at -V DET ≥ 1.5V.

· Temperature-Drift Coefficient of Detector Threshold: Typically ±30ppm/°C.

· Built-in Output Delay Circuit: Typically 100ms with an external capacitor of 0.022 μF.

· Output Delay Time Accuracy: ±15% at -V DET ≥ 1.5V.

· Output Types: Nch Open Drain "L" and CMOS.

· Packages: DFN(PL)1010-4, SC-82AB, SOT-23-5.
