DESCRIPTION

· The R3117x series are CMOS-based voltage detector ICs designed for system reset applications.

· They feature high detector threshold accuracy and ultra-low supply current, capable of operating at extremely low voltages.

· Each IC includes a voltage reference unit, comparator, resistors for threshold setting, output driver, and hysteresis circuit.

· The detector threshold is internally fixed with high accuracy, requiring no adjustment.

· The sense pin is separated from the VDD pin, ensuring the output remains at "L" level even if the sense pin voltage drops to 0V.

· Available in Nch open drain and CMOS output types, and in SOT-23-5, SC-88A, and DFN(PL)1010-4 packages.

FEATURES

· Supply Current: Typically 0.29µA at VDD=6.0V (excluding SENSE pin consumption).

· Operating Voltage Range: 1.0V to 6.0V (-40°C ≤ Topt ≤ 105°C).

· Detector Threshold Range: 0.7V to 5.0V in 0.1V steps.

· Detector Threshold Accuracy: ±1.0% for V DET ≥ 1.6V, ±15mV for V DET < 1.6V.

· Temperature Drift Coefficient: Typically ±30ppm/°C.

· Output Types: Nch Open Drain and CMOS.

· Packages: DFN(PL)1010-4, SC-88A, SOT-23-5.
