DESCRIPTION

· The R3118x is a low voltage detector IC with an individual SENSE pin, high detector threshold accuracy, and delay time.

· It operates at extremely low voltages and is used for system reset applications.

· The IC includes a voltage reference unit, hysteresis comparator, resistor network for threshold setting, output driver transistor, and delay circuit.

· The VDD supply pin and voltage supervisory SENSE pin are separate, allowing the output pin to maintain "L" level even if the SENSE pin voltage drops to 0V.

· The detector threshold is internally fixed with high accuracy and does not require adjustment.

· The output delay time for detector release can be set with high accuracy using an external capacitor.

· Available in Nch. open drain and CMOS output types, and packages include SOT-23-5, SC-88A, and DFN(PL)1212-6.
