Overview

DESCRIPTION

· The R3118x is a low voltage detector IC with individual SENSE pin, high detector threshold accuracy, and delay time.

· It operates at ultra-low supply current and can function at extremely low voltages, commonly used for system reset.

· The IC includes a voltage reference unit, hysteresis comparator, resistors net for threshold setting, output driver transistor, and delay circuit.

· VDD supply pin and SENSE pin are separate, allowing the output pin to maintain "L" level even if SENSE pin voltage drops to 0V.

· Built-in delay circuit allows setting of output delay time via external capacitor.

· Detector threshold is internally fixed with high accuracy, requiring no adjustment.

· Available in Nch. open drain and CMOS output types, and packages include SOT-23-5, SC-88A, and DFN(PL)1212-6.

· Operating Voltage Range: 1.0 V to 6.0 V (7.0 V max).

· Supply Current: Typically 0.4 µA (VSENSE ≥ +VDET, VDD = 6 V).

· Operating Temperature Range: -40°C to 85°C.

· Detector Threshold Range: 0.6 V to 5.0 V in 0.1 V steps.

· Detector Threshold Accuracy: ±1.5% for VDET_S ≥ 1.6 V, ±22.5 mV for VDET_S < 1.6 V.

· Temperature Drift Coefficient of Detector Threshold: Typically ±30 ppm/°C.

· Detector Released Accuracy: ±30%.

· Temperature Drift Coefficient of Detector Released: Typically ±0.16 ppm/°C.
