DESCRIPTION

· The R3119x Series are CMOS-based voltage detectors with a 36V input (absolute maximum ratings: 50V), featuring high detector threshold accuracy and ultra-low supply current.

· Each IC includes a voltage reference unit, a comparator, resistors for detector threshold setting, an output driver, and a hysteresis circuit.

· Two types are available: R3119xxxxA with a CD pin for setting output delay time, and R3119xxxxE with a SENSE pin.

· The supply current is only 3.3μA, with a fixed detector threshold adjustable in 0.1V steps from 2.3V to 12V.

· The output type is Nch Open drain, available in 6-pin DFN(PL)1820-6 and 5-pin SOT-23-5 packages.
