DESCRIPTION

· The R3132x/R3133x Series are CMOS-based low voltage detector ICs with a built-in delay circuit.

· These ICs feature high detector threshold accuracy and ultra-low supply current, operating at low voltages.

· They are used as system reset generators, incorporating a voltage reference, comparator, resistors, output driver transistor, manual reset circuit, and output delay generator.

· Detector thresholds are fixed internally with high accuracy, requiring no adjustment.

· The R3132x Series outputs "L" at detection, while the R3133x Series outputs "H".

· The ICs maintain a reset condition for a fixed 240ms delay time after release conditions are met.

· Available in Nch open drain and CMOS output types, packaged in ultra-small SC-82AB and SON1612-6 for high-density mounting.
