· The R5115x Series is a system power supply IC designed for automotive applications, featuring an ultra-low power window-type watchdog timer.
· It operates within an input voltage range of 3.5 V to 42 V and includes a voltage regulator, voltage detector, and watchdog timer for comprehensive system monitoring.

· Input Voltage Range: 3.5 V to 42.0 V (Absolute Maximum Rating up to 50.0 V).
· Supply Current: Typically 8.5 µA.
· Protections: Thermal shutdown, output current limiting, and short-circuit current limiting.
· Voltage Regulator: Output voltage range from 3.3 V to 5.0 V with ±1.6% accuracy.
