DESCRIPTION

· The REF01/REF02/REF03 series provides stable 10.0V, 5.0V, or 2.5V outputs with minimal variation due to supply voltage, temperature, or load changes.

· Available in 8-lead SOIC, PDIP, CERDIP, TO-99, and 20-terminal LCC packages for diverse applications.

· Features a TEMP terminal for temperature sensing and a TRIM terminal for output voltage fine adjustment.

· Suitable for general-purpose and space-constrained applications, with newer designs recommended to use the ADR01/ADR02/ADR03/ADR06 series for higher accuracy and temperature stability.
