DESCRIPTION

· The S-1004 Series is a high-accuracy voltage detector utilizing CMOS technology.

· It features a fixed internal detection voltage with an accuracy of ±1.0% for voltages ≥2.2V.

· Operates with a typical current consumption of 500 nA.

· Includes a SENSE pin for stable output even at 0V.

· Allows external capacitor setting for delayed release signal with ±15% accuracy at 25°C.

· Available in Nch open-drain and CMOS output forms.

· Detection voltage range: 1.0 V to 5.0 V in 0.1 V steps.

· High detection voltage accuracy: ±1.0% for 2.2 V to 5.0 V, ±22 mV for 1.0 V to 2.2 V.
