DESCRIPTION

· The S-1004 Series is a high-accuracy voltage detector developed using CMOS technology. It features a fixed internal detection voltage with ±1.0% accuracy for -VDET(S) ≥ 2.2 V. The device operates with a typical current consumption of 500 nA. It includes a SENSE pin for stable output even when the pin voltage drops to 0 V. An external capacitor can be used to delay the release signal, with a release delay time accuracy of ±15% at Ta = +25°C. Available in Nch open-drain and CMOS output forms.
