DESCRIPTION

· The S-1009 Series is a high-accuracy voltage detector using CMOS technology.

· It features a fixed internal detection voltage with ±0.5% accuracy.

· Operates with a super low current consumption of 270 nA.

· External capacitor setting allows delay of the release signal.

· Available in Nch open-drain and CMOS output forms.

· Ideal for portable devices due to low current consumption, high accuracy, and small packages.
