DESCRIPTION

· The S-1701 Series is a CMOS-based voltage regulator with a reset function.

· It integrates a high-accuracy voltage detector with an on-chip delay circuit and a low dropout voltage regulator.

· Available in various types based on voltage detector selection, including SENSE pin input products.

· Features a built-in low on-resistance transistor for low dropout voltage and high output current.

· Supports small ceramic capacitors and eliminates the need for an external delay capacitor.

· Comes in compact SOT-23-5 and SOT-89-5 packages for high-density mounting.

FEATURES

· Regulator Block: Output voltage 1.5V to 5.0V (0.1V steps), input voltage 2.0V to 6.5V, ±1.0% accuracy.

· Low current consumption: 0.1µA (typ.) during power-off, 85µA (typ.) during operation.

· Output current up to 400mA (VIN ≥ VOUT(S) + 2.0V).

· Supports 1.0µF or larger ceramic capacitors for input and output.

· High ripple rejection: 70dB (typ.) at 1.0kHz.

· Built-in overcurrent protection and ON/OFF circuit for extended battery life.

· Detector Block: Detection voltage 1.5V to 5.5V (0.1V steps), ±1.0% accuracy.

· Input voltage range: 0.8V to 6.5V, Nch open-drain active low output.

· Three delay time settings: No delay (60µs), 50ms, 100ms.
