DESCRIPTION
· The S-58LM20A Series is a high-accuracy CMOS temperature sensor IC with linear output voltage against temperature changes.
· It operates from -55°C to 130°C and includes a temperature sensor, constant current circuit, and operational amplifier.
· Offers superior linearity compared to conventional sensors like thermistors, suitable for extensive temperature control applications.

· Temperature accuracy: ±2.5°C (-55°C to +130°C).
· Linear output voltage: -11.77 mV/°C.
· Nonlinearity: ±0.4% (-20°C to +80°C).
· Wide power supply range: 2.4V to 5.5V.
