DESCRIPTION

· The S-8110C/8120C Series is a high-precision CMOS temperature sensor IC with a linear output voltage for temperature changes.
· It integrates a temperature sensor, constant current circuit, and operational amplifier on a single chip.
· Operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C.
· Offers superior linearity compared to thermistors, suitable for various temperature control applications.



FEATURES

· Temperature accuracy: ±5.0°C for S-8110C Series and ±2.5°C for S-8120C Series (-30°C to +100°C).
· Linear output voltage: -8.20 mV/°C typical.
· Nonlinearity: ±0.5% typical (-20°C to +80°C).
· Wide power supply voltage range: 2.4 V to 10.0 V.
· Low current consumption: 4.5 µA typical at +25°C.
· Built-in operational amplifier and VSS standard output.
· Lead-free and halogen-free construction.
