DESCRIPTION
· The NXP SE97 is a temperature sensor and EEPROM integrated circuit designed for DDR memory modules.
· It measures temperature from -40°C to +125°C with ±1°C accuracy between +75°C and +95°C.
· It features 256 bytes of EEPROM memory for storing DRAM module and vendor information.
· The device communicates via I2C-bus/SMBus and operates within a voltage range of 3.0V to 3.6V.
· It is specifically designed for DIMM temperature monitoring and replaces the Serial Presence Detect (SPD) function.
