DESCRIPTION

· The Si3056 is an integrated Direct Access Arrangement (DAA) designed for global telephone line requirements, featuring a programmable line interface.

· It is available in two 16-pin small outline packages, eliminating the need for an analog front end, isolation transformer, relays, opto-isolators, and a 2- to 4-wire hybrid.

· The device significantly reduces the number of discrete components and costs, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards.

· It interfaces directly with standard modem DSPs.
