DESCRIPTION

· The Si7060 family is a series of I2C temperature sensors with high-speed conversion and programmable temperature interrupt features.

· It operates with a typical sampling time of 200 msec and supports an open-drain output for wire-OR configurations.

· The sensor powers up with default temperature thresholds of 79.8°C and 75°C, which are programmable.

· It is designed for low power consumption and high accuracy, suitable for autonomous sampling mode.

FEATURES

· High accuracy better than ±1°C and repeatability better than ±0.1°C.

· Wide operating voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V.

· Low power consumption at 500 nA and ultra-low power sleep mode at 50 nA.

· Features an I2C interface with configurable alert output and four factory configurable I2C addresses.

· Available in SOT23-5 package.
