DESCRIPTION

· The Si3453 is a quad high-voltage port controller designed for PoE and PoE+ PSE applications.

· It supports four PSE power interfaces per controller.

· Features an I2C interface for managing 4 to 48 ports without an external MCU.

· Integrates high-voltage components to simplify design and reduce PCB footprint.

· Programmable current limits for PoE (15.4 W), PoE+ (30 W), and proprietary systems (up to 40 W).

· Internal low-RON power FETs with current-sense circuitry and integrated transient voltage surge suppressors.

· Operates in industrial temperature range (-40 to 85 °C).
