DESCRIPTION

· The Si7015 is a digital I2C humidity and temperature sensor integrating sensor elements, ADC, signal processing, and an I2C interface.
· It uses low-K polymeric dielectrics for humidity sensing, ensuring low drift, hysteresis, and long-term stability.
· Factory-calibrated with data stored in non-volatile memory, making sensors fully interchangeable.
· Drop-in upgrade for Si7005 with minor software changes and compatible SMT assembly processes.
· Optional factory-installed cover protects the sensor during assembly and product life.
