DESCRIPTION

· The Si7210 family of Hall effect magnetic sensors integrates a chopper-stabilized Hall element, low-noise analog amplifier, 13-bit ADC, and I2C interface.

· It features digital signal processing for precise temperature and offset drift compensation.

· Offers industry-leading sensitivity, enabling use with larger air gaps and smaller magnets.

· Supports a bidirectional I2C interface for full configurability of operate and release points.

· Suitable for battery-powered applications due to very low power consumption.



FEATURES

· High-Sensitivity Hall Effect Sensor with adjustable full scale (±20mT and ±200 mT).

· Integrated Digital Signal Processing for temperature and offset drift compensation.

· High-Precision 13-bit Signal Path with output bandwidth up to 20 kHz.

· Digital I2C Interface with four selectable I2C addresses and optional digital alert output.

· Wide power supply voltage range from 1.7 to 5.5 V.

· Temperature sensor data available via I2C with ±1°C accuracy.

· Low sleep mode current consumption of 50 nA.

· Available in industry-standard SOT23-5 and 8-pin DFN packages.
