DESCRIPTION

· The Si824x isolated driver family integrates two isolated drivers in a single package.

· Designed for high-power audio applications (>30 W), with versions offering peak output currents of 0.5 A (Si8241) and 4.0 A (Si8244).

· Operates with a maximum supply voltage of 24 V, featuring input-to-output and output-to-output isolation for signal level translation without external circuits.

· Supports bipolar supply voltage up to ±750 V, with an integrated dead-time generator for optimal THD control and overlap protection against shoot-through current damage.

· CMOS-based design ensures robust immunity from latch-up and high-voltage transients, with low propagation delays for faster modulation frequencies.

· Available in narrow body SOIC packages, with TTL level compatible inputs and options for UVLO levels of 8 V or 10 V.
