DESCRIPTION

· The Si824x isolated driver family integrates two isolated drivers in a single package, designed for high-power audio applications.

· It supports peak output currents of 0.5 A (Si8241) and 4.0 A (Si8244) with a maximum supply voltage of 24 V.

· Utilizes proprietary isolation technology for input-to-output and output-to-output isolation, enabling signal level translation without external circuits and bipolar supply voltage up to ±750 V.

· Features an integrated dead-time generator for precise control to optimize THD and overlap protection to prevent shoot-through current damage.

· CMOS-based design offers robust immunity from latch-up and high-voltage transients, with low propagation delays for faster modulation frequencies.

· Available in narrow body SOIC packages with TTL level compatible inputs and UVLO levels of 8 V or 10 V.
