DESCRIPTION

· The Si88xx series integrates Skyworks' digital isolator technology with an on-chip isolated DC-DC converter, offering regulated output voltages of 3.3V or 5.0V (or >5V with external components) at peak output power levels up to 5W. It supports up to two digital channels and requires minimal passive components and a miniature transformer.
