DESCRIPTION

· Si9113 is a high-voltage current mode PWM controller designed for ISDN power supplies.

· It is housed in a 14-pin SOIC package and integrates all necessary functions for a single-switch PWM with minimal external components.

· The controller features a 200-V depletion mode MOSFET, enabling direct powering from a high input bus without an external start-up circuit.

· It supports programmable start/stop voltage thresholds within the operating input voltage range, provided the start voltage is higher than the stop voltage.

· The internal clock frequency is adjustable via a single external resistor and supports capacitor-coupled external synchronization.

· Rated for industrial temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, ensuring reliability in stringent ambient conditions.
