DESCRIPTION

· The Si9169 is a fully integrated synchronous buck/boost converter designed for one-cell Lithium-Ion cellular phones.
· It delivers up to 1 A output current at 3.6 V, suitable for baseband circuits and some PAs.
· Features a 2 MHz switching controller with integrated high-frequency MOSFETs for compact and efficient design.
· Achieves up to 95% efficiency with programmable pulse skipping mode for standby and idle modes.
· Supports 100% duty cycle control in buck mode for maximum output voltage and extended battery life.
· Available in a lead-free TSSOP-20 package, rated for industrial temperature ranges (-25°C to 85°C and -40°C to 85°C).
