DESCRIPTION

· The SMS3922, SMS3923, and SMS3924 series are low-cost plastic packaged Schottky diodes rated at 8, 20, and 70 V, designed for general purpose RF applications. They are fully characterized, including SPICE model parameters, and offer tight parameter distribution to minimize performance variability. Wiring configurations include singles, common cathode, series pairs, unconnected pairs, and dual series pairs. These diodes can be used at frequencies up to 6 GHz.
