DESCRIPTION
· The SMT172 is an ultra-low power, high-precision temperature sensor with a wide temperature range and high-speed conversion.
· It operates with a supply voltage from 2.7V to 5.5V and features a PWM output signal for direct MCU interface.

· High accuracy: ±0.04°C (calibrated at room temperature), ±0.06°C (10°C to 40°C), ±0.1°C (-20°C to 60°C), ±0.25°C (-10°C to 100°C).
· Wide temperature range: -45°C to 130°C.
· Energy efficient: 0.36µJ/measurement at 25°C, 3.3V.
· Low noise: 0.002°C.
· Ultra-low current: 60µA active or 220nA average (1 sps).
· Excellent long-term stability.
· Direct MCU interface without ADC.
