DESCRIPTION

· Octal transceivers and line drivers for asynchronous communication between data buses.
· Transmits data from A bus to B bus or vice versa based on DIR input logic level.
· OE input disables the device to isolate buses.
· B-port outputs have 25-Ω series resistors to reduce overshoot and undershoot.
· High-impedance state during power up or down when VCC is between 0 and 2.1 V.
· SN54ABT2245 operates from -55°C to 125°C; SN74ABT2245 from -40°C to 85°C.
