DESCRIPTION

· The SNx4LS24x and SNx4S24x are octal buffers and line drivers designed to enhance the performance and density of three-state memory address drivers, clock drivers, and bus-oriented receivers and transmitters. They offer a selection of inverting and non-inverting outputs, symmetrical active-low output-control inputs, and complementary output-control inputs, featuring high fan-out, improved fan-in, and a 400-mV noise margin.

FEATURES

· Inputs tolerant down to 2V, compatible with 3.3-V or 2.5-V logic inputs.
· Maximum propagation delay of 15 ns at 5V.
· 3-State outputs capable of driving bus lines or buffering memory address registers.
· PNP inputs reduce DC loading.
· Hysteresis at inputs improves noise margins.
