DESCRIPTION

· The SY89295U is a programmable delay line with a digital control signal, offering a delay range from 3.2ns to 14.8ns in 10ps increments.
· It operates with LVPECL input signals and supports power supplies of 2.5V ±5% or 3.3V ±10%, ensuring performance across an industrial temperature range of –40°C to +85°C.
· The device features a 10-bit control word for precise delay adjustments, with an additional bit for cascading to extend the delay range.
· Input pins IN and /IN default to a low state when floating, and the control register interface is compatible with CMOS or TTL level signals.
