DESCRIPTION
· The SY89295U is a programmable delay line with a digital control signal.
· It delays input signals from 3.2ns to 14.8ns in 10ps increments.
· Operates with 2.5V ±5% or 3.3V ±10% power supply.
· Functions over an industrial temperature range of –40°C to +85°C.
· Features a 10-bit control word for delay adjustment, with an 11th bit for cascading.
· Input pins default to low when floating; accepts CMOS or TTL level signals.

· Precision LVPECL programmable delay line with >1.5GHz fMAX.
· Low-jitter design with <10psPP total jitter and <2psRMS cycle-to-cycle jitter.
· Programmable delay range from 3.2ns to 14.8ns in 10ps steps.
· Includes VBB output reference voltage and accepts LVPECL or CMOS/LVTTL inputs.
· Available in 32-pin MLF® and TQFP packages.
