DESCRIPTION

· The SY89295U is a programmable delay line with a digital control signal, offering a delay range from 3.2ns to 14.8ns in 10ps increments.
· It supports LVPECL input signals and operates with a 2.5V ±5% or 3.3V ±10% power supply, ensuring performance across an industrial temperature range of –40°C to +85°C.
· The device features a 10-bit control word for delay adjustment, with an additional bit for cascading to extend the delay range.
· Input pins IN and /IN default to a low state when floating, and the control register interface accepts CMOS or TTL level signals.



FEATURES

· Precision LVPECL programmable delay line with guaranteed AC performance over temperature and voltage, supporting frequencies up to 1.5GHz.
· Low-jitter design with less than 10psPP total jitter, 2psRMS cycle-to-cycle jitter, and 1psRMS random jitter.
· Programmable delay range from 3.2ns to 14.8ns in 10ps increments, with increased monotonicity over previous models.
· Features a VBB output reference voltage and parallel inputs that accept LVPECL or CMOS/LVTTL signals.
· Operates at low voltages of 2.5V ±5% and 3.3V ±10%, suitable for industrial applications.
· Available in 32-pin MLF® and 32-pin TQFP packages.
