DESCRIPTION

· The SY89296U is a programmable delay line with a digital control signal for input signal delay.

· It offers a delay range from 3.2ns to 14.8ns in 10ps increments, with a continuous adjustment of about 40ps via the FTUNE pin.

· Operates with LVPECL input signals and supports 2.5V ±5% or 3.3V ±10% power supplies, ensuring performance across an industrial temperature range of –40°C to +85°C.

· Features a 10-bit control word for delay adjustment, with an additional bit for cascading to extend the delay range.

· Input pins IN and /IN default to a low state when left floating, and the control register interface accepts CMOS or TTL level signals.
