DESCRIPTION

· The TB6631FNG is a Bi-CMOS integrated circuit designed for three-phase brushless DC motor control in fan applications. It features sine-wave PWM control and operates within a supply voltage range of 7V to 16.5V.

FEATURES

· Sine-wave PWM control for smooth motor operation.
· Triangular-wave generator with a carrier frequency of f osc/252 Hz.
· Lead angle control adjustable from 0° to 58° in 32 steps.
· Automatic internal control based on FG frequency.
· Current-limiting input pin for enhanced safety.
· Built-in voltage regulator with V refout of 5V (typ.) and 30mA (max).
· Lightweight design at 0.17g (typ.).
