DESCRIPTION

· The TC1047 and TC1047A are linear voltage output temperature sensors with a voltage output directly proportional to the measured temperature.

· They can accurately measure temperature from -40°C to +125°C.

· The TC1047 operates with a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 4.4V, while the TC1047A operates from 2.5V to 5.5V.

· Output voltage ranges from 100 mV at -40°C to 1.75V at +125°C, with a linear slope of 10 mV/°C.

· Packaged in a 3-pin SOT-23B, ideal for space-critical applications.
