DESCRIPTION



· The TC74VHC74 is a high-speed CMOS dual D-type flip-flop with preset and clear, fabricated using silicon gate C2MOS technology.
· It operates at speeds comparable to Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining low power dissipation.
· The D input signal is transferred to the Q output during the positive transition of the CK pulse.
· CLR and PR inputs are independent of CK and are activated by setting the appropriate input low.
· Input protection allows 0 to 5.5 V to be applied to input pins regardless of supply voltage.
· Suitable for interfacing 5 V to 3 V systems and battery backup applications.
