DESCRIPTION

· The TC7MB3245 is a CMOS digital integrated circuit providing eight bits of high-speed TTL-compatible bus switching.

· It features a low on-state resistance for minimal propagation delay and is organized as one 8-bit switch.

· The device connects port A to port B when the output enable (OE) is low and enters a high-impedance state when OE is high.

· All inputs are protected against static discharge.
