DESCRIPTION
· The TEA1612T is a high-voltage controller IC for zero-voltage switching resonant converters.
· It drives two discrete power MOSFETs in a half-bridge configuration.
· Includes a level-shift circuit, programmable oscillator, latched shut-down, burst mode, and error amplifier.
· Ensures 50% switching duty factor via a divide-by-two flip-flop.
